About modern plant creations

Modern Plant Creations provides a six-month limited warranty on eligible plants and trees purchased from us. The warranty period begins on the date of the final invoice. If an eligible plant or tree is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will provide a replacement plant of the same or comparable variety at no charge.

The warranty covers replacement plant material only. Transportation, removal, labor, reinstallation, refunds, credits, and other incidental or consequential costs are not included.
Plants must receive proper, commonly accepted horticultural care and maintenance to remain eligible for warranty coverage. This includes providing adequate and consistent watering or irrigation. The warranty does not cover loss or damage caused by improper care, insufficient watering, insects, animals, fire, flooding, lightning, freezing rain, wind, storms, vandalism, or other conditions outside our control.

Annuals, perennials, bulbs, ground covers, and transplanted plant material are not covered by this warranty. Warranty coverage is valid only when the original invoice has been paid according to the terms of the agreement and the client’s account is current. No other warranty for landscaping services is expressed or implied.

Our process begins with an initial consultation and property walkthrough. During this meeting, we’ll discuss your goals, preferences, budget, and the specific needs of your property. We will then create a design and proposal based on what we discussed. Once the proposal is approved and the required deposit is received, your project will be added to our installation schedule. We’ll provide an estimated completion date and keep you informed if weather, material availability, or other circumstances affect the schedule.

Consultations and proposals are complimentary for clients considering a landscape installation project with Modern Plant Creations. If you are looking for a standalone landscape design or property plan without installation services, a design fee will apply. We will explain the cost and what is included before beginning the design.

Every landscape project is different, so the timeline will depend on the size and complexity of the project, the approval process, material and plant availability, weather conditions, and our current installation schedule. We work hard to keep each project on schedule and will communicate with you throughout the process so you know what to expect at every stage.

Proper care—especially watering—is essential while new plants become established. At the completion of your project, we will provide PDF care sheets outlining the watering and maintenance steps needed to help keep your new plants healthy. These instructions give you a clear reference for caring for your landscape after installation.
